Join this fun half day hike with a classic fall farm stop for homemade cider donuts!

October 20th: 7 miles, 4 hours hiking, strenuous
November 9th: 4.5 miles, 3 hours hiking, strenuous
Meals (breakfast, lunch and snack) and cider donut included!
Dates:
October 20th: meet at trailhead, $65 per person
November 9th: NYC transportation included, $150 per person

Saturday NYC Transport Itinerary: (November 9th)

8:00 am meet at NY Penn Station (your booking confirmation will include exact meetup location details)

Start hike by 10:15 am

Hike to Pinwheel Vista 10:15 am-12:30 pm

Lunch break and take in the views at Pinwheel Vista

Begin descent back down to Heaven Hill Farm (roughly 30-45 min)

Cider donut and relaxation time at Heaven Hill Farm!

Pick up from Heaven Hill Farm at 2:30 pm

Drop off at Penn Station by 4:00 pm

Optional: Heaven Hill Farm sells General Admission Day tickets that gives you access to activities like the hayride and pumpkin patch, feel free to spend the rest of your afternoon at the farm and guide yourself back on the same trail to the trailhead (roughly 2.5 miles back)

After taking a cider donut break, group will continue hike back to the trailhead

Arrive at trailhead by 3:00 pm
What to Wear

Hiking boots or very sturdy sneakers are a MUST for this hike, the trail is very rocky and involves some scrambling

Weather-appropriate, moisture-wicking, athletic clothing (wear or bring layers!)

This is a strenuous trail and not recommended for complete beginner hikers or someone without a basic level of fitness, as long as you either have hiking experience or workout semi-regularly you're all good! :)
